Sports Applications
Garside’s sands are used in a number of sports applications. Dried sand is used to assist drainage and durability of synthetic grass pitches. Garside supplies various quantities of sand for school, community and commercial pitches through a number of specialist contractors. Silica sand, both damp and dried, are used to condition and help drain natural turf on golf course and sports pitches.
Garside’s sands have also been chosen for equestrian arenas and greyhound tracks.
